Getting a flat tire on the side of the interstate 5 states away from home, is not a pleasant feeling. Contacted OnStar and they said they would be sending someone to us within 90 mins. Thankfully, Joey showed up within 30 mins. He was extremely friendly and immediately got to work. He had the tire fixed and ready to roll in a timely manner. Our take away from this was that if you are near Spartanburg, and need assistance, contact Alpha Towing!!! Also, Joey’s sidekick was a relaxing pleasure as well!! LOL

I don’t have a review of the company I have never used them BUT i will definitely consider them next time I need a tow bc of what I saw today! One of the drivers in the wrecker blocked 2 lines of traffic so that a funeral procession could get into the grave yard safely! It was an extremely sweet gesture!

Staff was friendly, efficient and got the job completed in no time. Great service!

Needing your car towed isn't always a fun experience, but Alpha Towing LLC made it an easy experience. Joseph Gibson is awesome! He took care of my care like it was his own. I’ve used Alpha several times through triple A and they’ve always been nice and very helpful. Had Bree come pick up my truck to bring it to a shop and she was amazing. Got there very fast and had no issues loading the truck up. She’s is absolutely amazing.

Abby was so wonderful, professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I had to make 3 different calls and each tech was super friendly and helpful.
