I’ve used Alpha several times through triple A and they’ve always been nice and very helpful. Had Bree come pick up my truck to bring it to a shop and she was amazing. Got there very fast and had no issues loading the truck up. She’s is absolutely amazing.

After a very long tiring day Volunteering at my Altrusa Club’s Holiday Bazaar,I came out to find my battery dead. Daniel could not have been more helpful and even went above & beyond. Alpha Towing and their staff are absolutely wonderful. I needed three tows for the same car in a span of two months - first at my house, then at a crowded parking lot at work, and then on the fifth floor of a parking garage. The situation kept getting worse, but Alpha Towing was excellent during all three tows. In fact, Sean, who towed it all three times, has been incredibly pleasant to work with even if I kept giving him challenge after challenge. Holly also towed the car from the 5th floor to ground level and did amazingly (I didn’t think it could be done but she did it!). Then there’s Daniel who changed the battery and offered to do a temporary fix for the emergency parking brake (which would have required taking the wheels off). This company goes above and beyond and we are certainly thankful! Sean, Holly, Daniel - thank you!
