Today(May 5,2023) i received service from a young man by the name of Daniel not only did he arrive in a timely manner he was very courteous, efficient and thorough. He went over and beyond to make sure that my tire was fixed. I highly recommend Alpha towing service and be sure to ask for Daniel he is amazing! Thanks i greatly appreciate it!!

I’ve used Alpha several times through triple A and they’ve always been nice and very helpful. Had Bree come pick up my truck to bring it to a shop and she was amazing. Got there very fast and had no issues loading the truck up. She’s is absolutely amazing.

Abby was so wonderful, professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I had to make 3 different calls and each tech was super friendly and helpful.

Daniel not only came out on a Saturday night to charg my battery but he noticed my front fender was “askew” and without even being asked put it back perfectly. He certainly went above & beyond. So without hesitation I can highly recommend Alpha & their employees like Daniel.

After a very long tiring day Volunteering at my Altrusa Club’s Holiday Bazaar,I came out to find my battery dead. Daniel could not have been more helpful and even went above & beyond. While waiting for my battery to charge, He noticed my front fender was damaged & kindly repaired it quickly. I was astounded not to mention very appreciative !! This was my first experience with Alpha but I can definitely recommend their company. Thanks Daniel for your kindness!!!

Alpha Towing and their staff are absolutely wonderful. I needed three tows for the same car in a span of two months - first at my house, then at a crowded parking lot at work, and then on the fifth floor of a parking garage. The situation kept getting worse, but Alpha Towing was excellent during all three tows. In fact, Sean, who towed it all three times, has been incredibly pleasant to work with even if I kept giving him challenge after challenge. Holly also towed the car from the 5th floor to ground level and did amazingly (I didn’t think it could be done but she did it!). Then there’s Daniel who changed the battery and offered to do a temporary fix for the emergency parking brake (which would have required taking the wheels off). This company goes above and beyond and we are certainly thankful! Sean, Holly, Daniel - thank you!

I’m a USAA member with roadside assistance, however the assistance doesn’t apply. While waiting for a person to replace a blown tire on my PowerLite camper for over 3.5 hours a young man from Alpha towing stopped to see if I needed assistance. The weather was sideways rain in a thunderstorm. He definitely didn’t need to help but did and had the tire replaced in less than 15 minutes. This happened Aug 5 at approximately 6pm on I25 East bound at mile 69, just a couple miles from the South Carolina state line. Your company is by far the above and beyond that others could learn from. Thank you ALPHA

Alpha towing was quick and effective. They were able to reroute my trip when I found an auto shop that would take my car. Pricing was very fair.

I needed a tow, Holly arrived promptly and was very courteous and efficient. She turned a bad afternoon into a better afternoon. She deserves seven internet stars !!!!!

On January 23rd, around 7pm, I wrecked my motorcycle because of a 19 year old girl not paying attention to her surroundings and the traffic, which actually was rather light for Suber Rd near hwy 14 in Greer. She pulled out in front of me and the engine guard on the right side of my bike, contacted her front bumper, and down I went. Probably sliding on the road approximately 30 feet. When the wreck was called in, Alpha Towing arrived at the scene with all the necessary straps and binders to safely transport my motorcycle to their shop. They kept it safely locked inside the shop until I could retrieve my belongings, the contents of my saddle bags and such, and the insurance adjuster was finished with his assessment.

Great bunch of guys at Alpha Towing. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully not for another wreck. Blessings to you all and your families !!!

Alpha Towing came to my rescue when AAA let me down! I needed a tow from GA to SC and they did not hesitate to jump in and get the job done! I will definitely use Alpha in the future!!
